Summary:
Behavior Technicians will work directly with youth diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and/or other intellectual/developmental disabilities in the home, school, or community setting.
Behavior Technicians are responsible for the direct implementation of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans developed by the BCBA or the ISS Coordinator.
The Behavior Technician is also responsible for collecting data, graphing, aiding in assessments, and record keeping.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Direct implementation of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans in the client's home Collect and graph data Aid BCBA or ISS Coordinator in client behavior and skill assessments Write and submit clinical session notes in an objective manner and timely manner Maintain ongoing communication with client families and supervisors Maintain professional and collaborative relationships with clients, care givers, and supervisors Participate in company and departmental trainings and meetings Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality Maintain HIPAA compliance standards at all time Required Skills/Abilities:

Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field At least one-year related experience required Current Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred Experience with ABA preferred Experience implementing individual behavior plans preferred Physical Requirements:
