Qualifications:
Possess a high school diploma or GED.
Possess a valid Driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
Willingness to work with individuals with disabilities and learn new skills.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Empower individuals to develop life skills and support their growth.
Encourage independence through personalized care plans.
Communicate with client families and guardians as needed.
